Dr. Megan Taylor is a licensed naturopathic physician born and raised in West Seattle. Dr. Taylor practices integrative primary care for adults with digestive complaints, allergies, and autoimmune disease. She prioritizes natural therapies including nutrition, botanical medicine, and homeopathy, whenever possible, and pharmaceutical intervention, if needed. A strong believer in the negative impact of excessive stress on our physiology, Dr. Taylor strives to incorporate mindfulness practices and stress reduction techniques into most patient visits.

Dr. Taylor earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, graduating with honors. She completed two years of post-graduate residency training in primary care and naturopathic gastroenterology under the mentorship of Steven Sandberg-Lewis, ND and Allison Siebecker, ND, LAc, both leaders in functional approaches to complex digestive disorders. She has advanced training in the diagnosis and
treatment of specific conditions such as GERD, Gastritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, including microscopic colitis, Gallbladder and Liver disorders, Functional Abdominal Pain, Functional Dyspepsia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), among others. Additional areas of interest include pediatric gastroenterology, stress management, anxiety, depression, fatigue, thyroid and adrenal imbalances, and gender-affirming care.
Prior to pursuing a career in naturopathic medicine, Dr. Taylor worked for several years in environmental and urban planning. When not working as a physician, Dr. Taylor spends as much time as possible in her garden, on the yoga mat, cooking delicious meals and enjoying her family and friends.
